Laser cutting
Laser processing is a processing method that uses the energy of light. Laser stands for Light Amplification by Stimulated Emission of Radiation, also known as optical laser. Although the light of the laser light source has various characteristics, among them, it is integrated through a lens or reflector using a highly dense monochromaticity and high parallelism directivity, and it is heated locally and dissolved or evaporated instantaneously like electron beam processing. Utilizing this standard, non-contact handling in the atmosphere is called laser processing.
CO₂laser
CO₂ lasers are proven industrial lasers that are highly durable and robust. Since the quality of the cutting edges on these machines is very high, post-machining can be omitted in most cases. A wavelength of 10.6 μm ensures extremely low roughness and a burr-free edge, enabling immediate next process.
TruLaser
TruLaser enable fast cutting especially of thin sheets. This is on the grounds that the frequency of the transmitted radiation of the laser is around 1.03 μm, and the energy retention by the material is more prominent than when utilizing the 10.6μm frequency of the CO₂ laser. As a result, more energy is applied by the laser to the sheet, which means that the cutting can be done more quickly.
